Based on the different daily habits and targets pursued by individuals in the 30+, 50+ and 70+ age groups, we design well-suited human performance programmes.

Performance reflects the actual health and youth status, which means the needs from different age strata do vary. This makes a personalised programme for each individual essential and indispensable.

The rule of thumb for enhancing human performance is muscle strengthening and functioning. Once they start the training, trainees will find that they can do much more than what their actual age allows them to.

Nonetheless, the principal reasons behind such discomfort are deteriorating muscle strength, incorrect postures and imbalance or disorder in our body. Only by taking up tailored muscle strengthening training and rectifying our postures can we put an immediate stop to the deterioration of the problems, hence relieving and even resolving the pain-related issues.
