My first impression about V2 is its superb and professional facilities and equipment.
As an athlete, I used to follow coaches’ instructions in having my training. However, V2 bases its training on individual clients’ real needs. The coach team explain clearly which muscle part each set of movement strengthens and trains, as well as how the muscle part should be used properly, so that I can gain a clear sense of my own goals and targets.
The best part is that after 2 to 3 months of strengthening sports training, the injury on my knee has shown great recovery and my knee muscle has obviously grown stronger.
